Getting my footing back

Ok so I havent posted a blog in awhile, one reason was my internet being as slow as a turtle and now it isnt (ya) And the other is that even though I was at a good weight for me, my body wasnt getting fed properly and I was starting to slip bak into old habits FAST...BUT as of May 19th after our State recognition days at our weightloss convention I met a man who truly changed my life and attitude about fitness and health all together, his name was Nick Scott and he is a wheelchair bodybuilder who at the age of 17 had a tragic accident that left him paralized from the waist down and was told he would never walk again, with determinatoin and prayer, he is able to use the calve muscles ( he isnt even supposed to have mind you) to stabalize himself enough to walk short distances and is a true hero in my book. After seeing that , I have come home and started the Transformation by Bill Phillips otherwise known as the Body for Life program and here are my results this far...

May 19th was my start date and here are my up to date weight changes and inches lost results

starting weight 161.5
weight today 154
-7 pounds in a month

hips were 41.5
today 39.5
- 2 inches

waist was 37
today 35
-2 inches

and chest was 39
today 38
-1 inch

so 7 pounds and 5 inches is just amazing to me in only one month and I just cannot wait to see how much better it will get by the end of this year!
