I have Discovered wii Fit!

Oh my goodness that thing is ADDICTIVE!! They say you're much more likely to excercyse if you're having fun, and Yes, I do think that's very true. I love hopping on there and playing, competing with my high score and trying to outdo my husband. Yes, I realise it's not really all that real of excercyse, but it does get me up and off the couch and moving around some. It's encouraging and it gives me something to track on here.

It's been fun to pop the kids on there too. I'm excited to put my middle child on, especially, because of all the balance games it's got. Not to mention he's pretty cute to watch move his whole body and actually try to smack the soccer balls with his head!

Even the baby wants to hop on and get active.

They're favorite game is the racing. They were all lined up the other day, side by side, the older ones holding the remotes and the younger one holding a case for one of the remotes and their little legs flying! I hope I'm showing them a fun way to get some excercyse.

I never thought that playing a game could be so entense! I skipped playing my games yesterday and my back and shoulders are still sore from the day before! My tummy muscles a little too. Hula Hooping is a lot of fun :)

Anyway, once again I'm rambling, but I think I'm actually really starting to make some good changes this time. It's hard to do everything all at once, but it takes trial and error to get it right. I know with enough attmepts I'll succeed!!
