Half Marathon Training Week 1, Day 1

So I kinda started running again a few weeks ago and today I signed up for the Adidas Race Series (Dublin) which is three races in the build up to the Dublin Marathon. Now I'm not doing the full marathon but am doing the three races in the series, 5 mile, 10 mile and a half.
I had planned to do the half last year but got injured so really looking forward to doing it this year. At the moment I'm loosely following the C25K programme but i'm running every second day and only doing 2 days of each week in the programme. So did a Week 4 run today and found the first 5 min run a bit on the tough side so you can see I have a long way to go! The 5 mile is on the 18th July so have done up a training plan until then. Really hope it all goes well this time and that I can keep the motivation up!
