So far, so good! My scale is down and my calories are way down! I'm lucky my job is so physical. I don't have to worry about exercise, except maybe the dreaded crunches. Ugh! I'll start those in a week or so again. I want to concentrate on my eating first.
I close the next four nights. As much as I hate it, it helps my diet! I tend to stick to meals and have only a light snack when I get home. Closing is also more physical as we have to sweep the entire garden center!
I've got to bring my carbs down some or maybe I need to increase the range a little? I need the energy for work I think. I don't usually have an issue with them but I made homemade honey spice bread and double chocolate zucchini bread over the weekend and those are my snacks! LOL! Both are very low fat and healthy but darn those carbs!
