OK so yeah i may have been hanging around my teenage neices and nephew with it being the holiday weekend and all (hence the title lol), but i'm going NUTS!!! I was doing so good and then we went on vacation in the beginning of June and i just havn't been able to get back on track since! I've only been working out maybe 2-3 days a week and half-assing that one while we're at it. I've also not been being the greatest at what i eat. I know i can do it, i just can't seem to make myself get back in the groove! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
this is me kicking my self in the booty! HELP someone snap me back into it. I know what to do but for some reason, even though i look in the mirror every day (that dreaded thing) and see what needs to be done and i hate HATE being fat, i just can't get it right again. I at least took a good step today and bought my protein mix so i can go back to making smoothies for breakfast instead of eating BAD leftovers. Maybe that will be the one small step i need. Sorry guys, don't mean to pity party, just in need of a little kick-me-in-the-booty action.
