FIRST 9 DAYS.......SUCCESS!

Well I just typed a whole, detailed blog and when I signed on to Facebook, it elminated it! Grrrrrrr. This one will be short and sweet. LOL!
I stayed on track my first nine days, tracked food, started strength exercises and even got more cardio, above and beyond work.
I highly reccommend gardening of any sort. Not only to you get healthy benefits from the exercise, you get healthy benefits from fresh produce and stress reducing pleasure from blooming things. Try it!
