Two Steps Forward - One Step Back

So the month of June was my one step back month. I didn't stay focused on my goals and lost 5 pound of progress. But I am moving forward again and will be back under the 300 mark by the end of the month.
I will be out of town for 2 weeks working out of another office so I will have to stay VERY focused on my goal to achieve it. I am driving instead of flying so I can take my bike with me so I keep training for our next MS ride the end of August. My hotel room has a microwave and a fridge so that should help.
