I hate to exercise. I hate it. I hate it . I hate it. I do however find that once I am done I do feel better and have more energy. I have a son who is almost 5 years old and he wears me out. I have got to get in shape for him. I do not want him to turn into a couch potato like me. From now on I am going to try to have a positive attitude. Just get up and get it done. Thats what I have to do.

    I have had to gradually get into exercise mode. Yes the best part of exercise is having done it, and you have a special helper. Maybe you can focus on what you love about having more energy, keeping up with him, moving more freely or whatever. Notice the firsts and things that used to be hard that are easier. That may help to keep you motivated to keep moving and get up off the couch.
