5 more weeks!!

I have now less than 5 weeks until my 10 mile race! OMG!

I did my hill routine yesterday and I must say...I felt awesome on this run. It was a total of 6 miles, I felt great wasn't tired, did the hills with..maybe not ease, but it wasn't as hard. I did 3 hills instead of the 2. The 3rd hill my heart rate did get a tad high but it was all fine in just a few minutes. I was able to run much further than I have ever ran without stopping and I'm very pleased with that!

My legs today are a bit tired, not sore just tired. I'm taking the day off today...or I may just go later for 2 miles---a slow and steady 2 miles.

Eating still needs WORK! when will that sink in for me??? I start the day out great, totally great!! but as the day goes on, a bite of this and a bite of that. i have to stop that.
