7th Day on Level 2 Be moving on to level 3

That's Right. People say that level 3 is easier than Level 2. Well since Level 2 has been so good to me, the same as it was on level 1 when I reached the 6th and 7th day.

I had to go check out and play with Level 3 and No Sir, it is not easier. No No No. Doable, Yes.

Modified version is so so sweet, but your kidding yourself if you think it will do you any good. Try to mix it up Do the hard ones and when you can't go any longer do some modified. That is what I do.

There is a plank, walking push up. Don't you just love Juliane, she will tell you of the modified move half way through the exercise. I got on my knees and push up after push up. Hey, it's me doing push ups. Today does not count, just wanted to see if I could do the exercises.

Jumping Lots of Jumping. Last mod. ab work is easy. Caro is somewhat wild. Get to punch her out with your weights. hardy har har Did I see jumping jacks with weights.

The plank where you start on your elbows and pick yourself up with your arms. Right. CHALLENGE !! I want to see how I do on day 6 and 7

Another plank, geeeess, have to do this one the modified is a joke. Like I said do what I can and do the baby one. pick up the weight from plank and than kick you leg up. CHALLENGE !!

I hope I finish the month out. I do so love my off days. emoticon
