Working hard

yesterday i did a complete work out cardio for 25 min. and strengh training for my lower half. I try to do a body part each day.So today i will work on my top parts(arms, abs, shoulder). Right now my legs hurt i did 50 leg extensions at 110lbs. legs hurt but trying hard to succeed.
