Eating Clean & Excersizing.

Ive been trying to eat very clean lately, lots of fresh fruit & berries, nuts, whole grains, fresh veggies and low-fat dairy.
NO BLOAT eating like this. Which is awesome!
Ive been going to the gym at least 5 times a week, doing elliptical, cross country trainer, weight machines and going to water aerobics. Im also, (at home), riding my new mountain bike, lifting 8 lb weights for arms, hula hooping, crunches on ball, WATP dvd, pilates dvd. I dont do all this in one day or one week even, I just mix it all up & work on my trouble spots while having fun doing it!!
All in all Im very pleased with how my body is defining itself! Watch out world I can KICK some major ass now!! LMAO
