I suppose as time goes on, I've become comfortable and therefore laxed in doing the things that contributed to my success. I choose to go down different paths at different times for different reasons. Those choices have lead me to some weight gain.
I've maintained a fairly active lifestyle. I'm still spinning, cycling, and just started a Boot Camp program at the YMCA.
It's now time to take a closer look at what and how much I am eating. I think this is contributing to much of the weight gain I am allowing to creep back in.
My first priority is to get back to about 150 pounds. I plan to do it slowly...about a 3 pound weight loss per month. Based on my past results, I think this is doable. I will also need observe measurements, as I do think I'm gaining some muscle mass.
so here I go again. Each choice counts and it's time to further take care of myself. There's no way I'm turning back to where I first started....just no way.
