Letting too much get in the way of my health and fitness goals

I have had a really hard time getting back on track, since returning from the month long vacation. I haven't been on Sparkpeople in about a month and even then it was only a couple of times after vacation. I will be coming up on my one year anniv. of joining Sparkpeople in Sept. I don't want to undo my progress. I have gotten into the bad habit of HOURS on the computer. Not productive hours either, just mind wasting activities. I hadn't been to the gym in three or four weeks at all. You know once you stop doing something daily, it is very easy to get out of the habit. My weight is starting to climb up again. I don't want that to happen. I am going to start journaling my journey to fitness. I will be doing that somewhat privately, but I do know that I need to have support here so I will be back daily for that support.
