I think everyone knows that tracking food is a must. Something else I have found to work is accumulating Sparkpoints. Spending 60 minutes or so on the computer after work, reading articles, playing 3 questions, blogging, posting, etc. keeps me aware of what I am eating. I have made it a daily goal to reach 75 points or more. Works for me!

I had a bad day yesterday, food wise. Back on track today and kept calories at low end to make up some for bad choices.

    I go for the max on points everyday Cheryl. It's the only thing that keeps me from gaining everything back when I misbehave. Let's get on a good roll this week Cheryl. I had a good day eating today and tracked everything!!!

    I enjoy spinning the wheel. I hate that they remove the points you could receive for filling in the family exercise totals. That was an easily three points each day. I still keep track of my children's water intake, but it was fun receiving points for something I do anyway. (smile)

    Spark points can be addicting/ I love it. There is so much to learn through the articles/ polls/ trivia. I really love whebn I spin that spark wheel and get something other than a 1 or 2.
