I think everyone knows that tracking food is a must. Something else I have found to work is accumulating Sparkpoints. Spending 60 minutes or so on the computer after work, reading articles, playing 3 questions, blogging, posting, etc. keeps me aware of what I am eating. I have made it a daily goal to reach 75 points or more. Works for me!
I had a bad day yesterday, food wise. Back on track today and kept calories at low end to make up some for bad choices.
