Am I Pretending I Didn't Eat It?

I eat a good breakfast. I bring a healthy lunch to work. But the past two nights I've gone home and ate something I didn't track. I don't have time to put it in the food tracker. Or do I want to pretend I didn't eat it? Hmmmmm.....
I'm going to do better. No more of these little slip ups at home.
Oh, and the worst part about it is....I fell asleep early last night and didn't exercise. So today I will do some extra cardio. (Don't worry, I'm no exercise fanatic. When I say extra I mean maybe 30 min. more if I'm lucky.)
