Ugh, the let down.

I have really gotten to enjoy the wonderful feeling I have when leaving the gym. Yes, I'm usually sweaty and tired, but I feel GOOD, I feel GREAT, I feel like I can take on the world.
Well, that didn't happen last night. I only had 20 minutes to be there. Was mainly just going to try out my new shoes.
So, I left feeling let down. It set the mood for the rest of the night. I wanted that great feeling, not that feeling like I wasted my time. I ended up feeling like my workout wasn't even worth the effort it took to get changed and to the gym. I ended up being SO CRABBY! I couldn't stand myself.
Here's to getting that GOOD feeling back today :)
