I got on the scale today & have lost 7 pounds since re-starting on Sept. 13! I can do this.
This next week is focusing on getting back into my exercise routine. I have got to figure something out cause I am slacking! My work schedule makes it impossible to meet Curves' hours of operation. As much as I love it, I am wasting money and I need to quit. There are no other centers I can get to (same hours, inconvenient distances). I can't afford any other gym with better hours... but I might be able to in another 6 months or so. I need to get the boyfriend out of the apartment for about an hour every day to do one of my exercise videos. There! I just solved my own problem. I will tell Dave tonight that we need to come up with my daily exercise schedule so he knows when he needs to find somewhere else to be.
