I was quickly browsing the team digests that I receive in my email every week and guess what?
Fitness minutes #2 in Modesto
AND..... #4 in my Nike+ iPod group!
AND.....#5 in the Twitter group WOOT WOOT!
Before you know it, I'll be taking California :)
I did get up before 4 this morning so I could go to the gym before work...
And... AND I got a new personal best for the mile yesterday 12:04. I know I'm not going to be qualifying for Boston or anything, but I'm still pretty stoked that I shaved 5 seconds off my previous best mile.
How did I do it? Walk 5 min, run 3 min, walk 1.5 min, run 5 min, walk 2.5 min, run 3 min, walk 1.5 min, run 5 min., walk 5 min, run 5 min, walk 5 min, run 1.5 min, walk til I got home (abt 4 minutes). And I was still home in time to watch the Hills (I really don't like Kristin Cavallari, I really don't know if I'm going to be able to watch this season)
