Just starting out

OK ... Here I am. Now what? Just starting out with sparkpeople.com at the encouragement of my wife. Any help would be appreciated and welcome. I'm starting at 215 lbs and according to this website I need to get down to 165 lbs but honestly I would be happy at 180.

    I started 0n sparkpeople 4 weeks ago and lost 13bs. The key is to track all your food intake and be very honest about it, and get some exercise 3-4 times a week and it will work. I too need to lose 37 more lbs acording to sparkpeople. Good Luck
