SEEING Your RAINBOW!!!!!! ~ Is it Easier 2 Be Overweight???

Thursday, October 08, 2009

Good morning Lovely Diva’s!!

I hope that your week is going wonderful & that you are completing your daily goals. Remember each day is a new day to begin again. What you didn’t do right yesterday, then today make it right. I heard someone say that losing weight was just taking too long & they should just stay overweight because it’s easier.

Well I told her “Do YOU Ever Want to See YOUR RAINBOW?” emoticon and she was like “What?” I explained that this journey is like a bad storm that continues to keep drowning us at times but when the storm clears the rainbow appears. If you notice rainbows only come after a storm & only will your Rainbow come after you have put in your hard sweat, your tears & your aching joints have endured hell!!! But it will be sooooo worth it to see your Rainbow!! My rainbow will arrive when I slip into my size 10 pants! So I will put my umbrella up each day & go out in the storm & get wet if I have to!!!

“What Is Your Rainbow? Are YOU Willing To Endure the STORM in Order to See YOUR RAINBOW?”

Your motivation is the highlights of my week. The words that you say hits my heart and makes me think long and hard about myself. My rainbow is to continue to be the best I can be and to inspire others to live a long, healthy life. I'm not really focused on a particular size anymore, I want to be very toned. That's the hardest part of losing weight, using weights to get that toned body. I hope you continue with your inspirations.

My rainbow is a size 8 jeans.

I had never thought about it this way, but you are right. It is like being in a storm and need to fight through it to get to the rainbow at the end.

    Have a great day.

Words of Wisdom. Seeing the Rainbow is is beautiful thing. My Ultimate rainbow is just to be healthy again, not being winded, no flab in the waist area. I will be toned again. I'm finding I don't care what scale number or size. Just shapely and fit. I believe I will know it when I get there. I call it my happy weight. I will just let my body settle there.
You'll see those 10s sooner than you think. Happy Thursday

My rainbows here to stay I think I've weathered most of my storms, just a few rain clouds may come my way but I definitely see my rainbow everyday. I love that I have stayed on this journey despite the storms and believe me some were hail storms. Keep up the great work and keep on sparking!!! emoticon

I will see my rainbow also but the good thing about being here is that I get to share rainbows when my spark friends reach their goals too. Another rainbow I get to enjoy is all the beautiful blogs that you post. Yes, every time you post one of these beautiful blogs, I can see a rainbow of hope for myself, you and anyone who read them. Thank you Cassandra... You are INSPIRING! emoticon
