I'm BACK!!! (not that I went far)

Okay, well I am back, no I didn't get hit by a car, and I didn't do anything BAD per se, but I haven't been on a tear like I was before my vacation to the US.
The loneliness of being back in China by myself, traveling 3-4 days a week, then a full weekend without much of a break kind of drug me down.
I still got 2-3 days of exercise like I had before vacation. But, I wasn't as effective as before, and I was still being pretty darn good with my intake. But my rest patterns became less consistent (all that travel) and my water intake was good, but I know I was coming up short.
I was having a tough summer, and my only good thing is that I am still where I was at when I came home from the US, still sitting at 305.6#.
So, now with the long Chinese holiday over, with Christmas and another trip home to see my kids looming as a goal, I am hell bent on spending a little extra time at the gym on my days in town (when I am not traveling), getting a few more workouts in with my kettlebells, and sticking to my running schedule.
I figure if I can get the wagon rolling again, I can break through 300# and get down to a respectable 285# by Christmas and possible be below 275# by my one year date (2-1-10). That would still be a 75# loss from the year before, and still put me in position to loss another 50# before my birthday if I kept up to it.
Sometimes you take what you get and work with it. If I had gained back the weight I lost in the first half of the year, I would be really bumbed, as it is, I just need to regroup and hit it again.
