Workout Accountability Blog Week 1 Day 1

I have been having the hardest time getting back into the swing of things, especially when it comes to my exercise. The best thing for me to do now in making sure that I do keep motivated is to find a way for me to keep myself accountable. Since I have found success with writing down what I eat to help me keep myself accountable, I will now write a blog monday thru friday of each week to account for what kind of exercise I did for the day and how much time I spent on it. I'm in the process of setting a time that I will do my exercise so that I can take away the excuse of not being able to do it because it's too late in the day or that I need to get ready for work. I know that if I can stick with it this week, I will have no problems the rest of the weeks.
