emoticon Happy Tuesday FABULOUS DIVA'S!!

Thought I would write a blog today, since I will be out of town the remainder of the week. However, I am going to stay on track while I am out of town. I have bought healthy snacks & my gym clothes!!! I am determined to meet my goal of losing 2 pounds this week. I am going to complete my 12 week challenge to lose 25 pounds!!!

I realized that if I am going to complete this race then I need 2 things ~ PATIENCE & CONSISTENCY! These 2 things are going to get us to our goals. This is a slow race but a race worth running. So take your time & pace yourself. Take this race day by day. I know we all can reach the finish line. emoticon
