Week in review (October 12 - 18)

Another week has gone and I managed to get rid of another 2 pounds for the week! I am super excited of my progress so far this month. I have managed to lose 6 pounds so far this month which is keeping within my goal of losing 2 pounds a week. I know that there will be some weeks that I will lose more then that and less then that, but I wanted to make sure to keep my goals realistic and something that will be attainable!

I did come across some obstacles with still eating foods that am not suppose to have during this phase of my diet plan, but I can say that I am not eating as much of it as I have been. I know that I will be able to show will power next week because I want to prove it to myself that I can do it. Even though I didn't accomplish my food goal for the week, I did manage to keep my plans for my exercising. This was the first week in months that I actually did all of my planned exercise for the week! I am ver excited about that because it has been a struggle for me to do that for some reason. I use to do it on a regular basis last year where I was able to get my weight down into the high 240's! I'm looking forward to reaching that goal again and hopefully it will be by the end of this year.

I have set my goal for this month to be 260 or less and I am 2.6 pounds away from reaching it. My plan for this week is to drink at least 8 cups of water and to get my exercising in. I have no problem with my nutrition, its just that I need to make sure that I get the other two in and I know that I will have no problem with reaching my goal by the end of this month.

I'd like to say I do owe a lot of my determination into reaching my goals to my Bahama Mama teammates. I was for the longest unmotivated and just didn't care that I was putting on the pounds that I had worked so hard to get off in the first place. I can honestly say that this is the first weight loss challenge that I have been apart of that I actually saw my weight loss keep going down consistantly each week. I think it has a lot to do with the people that are on my team. Each and everyone of them keep me motivated and helps to keep my eyes on the prize! I want to say thanks and you all rock!
