Happy Monday Gorgeous Diva's!!!!

I hope that each of you had a WONDERFUL Weekend!!! If you had a not so good weekend then guess what ~ This is a New Day, New Week & New Opportunity to make right what you didn't in the Past! We are not going to dwell on the past & what could've or should've been but let's focus on right now.

What Are You Striving For??? Are you striving to be a healthier mom, friend, wife, or person? Are you Striving to lose 2 pounds this week or striving to conquer your sweet tooth or your soda addiction? Next, I ask what do you need to do in order to make sure you accomplish what you are striving for? There is no If I get there but instead WHEN I get there. Don't say "If I can" but "When I reach my goal" you must speak Positivity into your journey & speak it into existence! When I reach my 2 pound goal this week, I will have reached my goal b/c there is no IF I lose 2 pounds but when I lose these 2 pounds!!


"WHAT ARE YOU STRIVING FOR & HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GET THERE??? What is Your "IF” that you are turning into "WHEN?"

    My if is going to exercise and my when is next week. Just got my car and as soon as it checks out I will head back for Curves. Great blog as usually.

    I am striving for continued success with learning me and how my body responds to healthy foods and physical activity. Your advice about putting goals up where, I can see them and always being reminded of what goals I am striving to reach. Has helped me in so many positive ways my friend.
    I have been hesitating to put that 2 pound weightloss goal on my fridge. No more! This week I am striving for that 2 pound weightloss right along with my other goals! Thanks for such an inspirational blog my friend. We're doing it!

    Gurl we are on the same wave length today. I wrote a blog earlier on reflecting, intentions and taking action. I'm working on turning all my "ifs" to I am, I can,
    I will. I'm just so positive these days "LOL".
    God desires that we call those things that be not, as though they were.
    Keep Blogging, I'll stop by everyday. You always have something positive to say.

    Hey thanks for giving me something to think about today. I will get these 2#s I gained this week off and I will carry a few of their friends with them.

    I will workout out my 5 days this week and increase my workout time to more than 60 minutes

    I've missed you my friend. I know you will loose the 2 lbs this week if you set your mind to it. That being said - put down the chocolate cake now - LOL. I'm just kidding, I saw you were having a rough morning so I thought maybe you could use some tough love.

    I had a great weekend, joined a gym (check out my blog), went twice and Sunday spent the day buying supplies to make dog/cat beds/toys for a fund raiser for an animal rescue group I work with.

    This week I am striving to make it to 2 water aerobics classes, 1 yoga class and to do the ab work 4 days this week.

    I am finished drinking soda. I had my last one yesterday. I have injured my back so exercise will have to wait until it is better. I am hoping I will be better soon. I am working on my food though. That is something I can control. I am drinking water and unsweetened iced tea. I am going to get off of sugar and all of the fake sugar too. I have my small size 12 goal jeans to get into soon. That is my first goal.

    Have a great week and congrats again on the last 2 pounds. Let's get rid of another 2 or more.

    I'm striving to lose 110 pounds from where I started. I'm down 47 pounds so far. I'm striving to learn to make healthy choices where my eating is concerned. I'm srtriving to learn portion control during the process of losing the weight. I'm striving to make exercise a regular part of my daily routine. I'm striving to get to the point where I don't think about food all day long. But most importantly, I'm striving to be healthy and be happy at whatever weight my body tells me is right for me.
