Good Tuesday Beautiful Diva's!!

I hope your day is off to a great start. I realized that regardless of what type of day you have Life Goes On... Life Goes On regardless if you decide to eat healthy today or if you decide to exercise. However, the quality of Life that Goes On will not be as good if you had put in the effort to eat healthier or to reduce your portion sizes or to get up & exercise for 40 minutes. So even though Life Goes On, the question is "How is YOUR Life Going to Go On????"

Is your Life Going On~ Going to be a Healthy Journey or Is your Life Going to Go On with you throwing in the towel on yourself & you just give into food, ultimately just giving into life??? Are you going to stop making excuses- Oh it's the Holidays & I must eat this food? Or I can start the New Year & just make a Resolution to start on January 1st, 2010; How about RIGHT NOW!!! Stop letting your Life Go On based on Just eating whatever you want & Take Control NOW!! Those same excuses is what put us all here trying to lose this weight! I take BACK Control over How MY life is Going to Go on!!

My life is going on especially after reading this blog of yours. I was gone all weekend and yesterday and I can say I ate very healthy. I will be going back to exercising by next week. Finally got a car but it needs a few things first.

"Life is a coin. You can spend it any way you wish, but you can spend it only once."

Life does indeed go on, and a day lived is one you can never get back...

As for me, I'm going to choose to go on doing the best for myself-eating well, exercising, getting enough rest, laughing, loving, and living everyday...I'm going to go on taking care of ME.

I invite you all to come along!

this is by far one of my favorite blogs of yours. My life will continue to live on by taking better care of me now and getting this excess weight off of me. By sharing these good habits with my daughter it will continue to live on through her!

Very inspiring! I have had some of the same thoughts lately. With my back injury I haven't been able to workout and that usually means that I would fall off of the food wagon too. I refuse to let this happen this time. I will stay in my calorie range and this will help when I can work out again, hopefully this weekend.

Great blog. I'm done making excuses. I'm doing actions that's getting my weight under control before i turn 40. I just had a birthday Thursday (37) so i'm getting close to my 40's. I don't want to keep yo-yo dieting. My goal is to keep the weight off for good. The holidays are coming up and i'm already telling myself i don't need to pig out on food to have a good time. My body can't take being overstuffed, and thats OK. So my plan is to enjoy my family & friends first and the food second. I might have to get me some new movies so i can have something else to focus on also. Thanks again for posting this.
