209 Approaching Quickly!

Thursday, October 22, 2009

That is what I weighed in June before I got off the healthy eating. Now I am really eating healthy. I brought my granddaughter to Chili's yesterday. I had the salmon and did not feel I was being punished. My favorite there, pre-statins, were the nachos and their horribly big burgers. I would eat from the guiltless grill too but I always preferred the later. So in eleven days I have lost 9 pounds? No fifteen days. That is more like it. Check out my food consumption. Eating GOOD is the whole key. If I ever make it to my doctor, he will be proud of me. I am proud of me and I should lose all of my weight by my 50th birthday. That will be such a great accomplishment. I almost said AGAIN but this is different. I need to go grocery shopping though and I am exhausted from being up all night with my sick granddaughter. Why are they always sick at night? She seems fine now. She has a bad cough and I told her mom to get her to the doctor with all this flu stuff going around. I know she doesn't have flu but it has put her in a weakened state. She needs to watched. We will see what her mom does. Takes her a long time to get things done. Wooo Hooooo! Great weight loss. I am happy with my results of the changes.

You should pat yourself on the back for your loss. We have to recognize our own progress and know that if nobody else does, we feel better and we are doing better. emoticon
