Rainy Morning Workout

It's a rainy morning here today at about 60 degrees. I have been running and excercising (we call that "doing PT" in the Army) with a Reserve unit that I am not attached to, but have been kind enough to let me join them. They are highly motivated and working with them really pushes me. I meet them MWF at "'O' dark thirty". Today we met at the campus indoor track at the Armory due to the weather. We ran a fast lap (no jogging) and then did pushups and situps after each lap increasing the repetitions by 5 until we reached twenty reps, and then we went back down, decreasing the repetitions by 5 after each lap we ran. After that was done, we ran 5 more laps around the track and then did a cool down lap. It was a great work out. I really appreciate they way this group pushes me.
