Yesterday I ran a little more that 3 miles and then went to the gym for a good workout of free weights and machines with sit-ups and 3 sets of 60 second planks and side planks. The weather in central Illinois was just wonderful. I love the sound of Autumn leaves crunching under my running shoes. There were so many other runners out enjoying the day.
This morning I did PT with my Army group and ran slightly over two miles. I like running with them. They motivate me. The sunrise was amazing, bright, golden/orange during the run.
NOTE: if you want to run, spend the money for good shoes. If you can, go to a place that can analyze your gait and recommend the right shoes for you. This will eliminate a lot of aches a nd pains.
