100 crunches a day....sometimes 200....I'm on a roll

I've signed up to be a member of the 100 crunches a day group and I must say....OMG!!! There has been days when I didn't want to do them but I have a personal reminder on my mirror on how many I've done and how many I will try to do that day...so in other words THERE IS NO WAY I CAN CHEAT AT THIS GOAL... Today I will try to do 200...

    I just set out a particular time in my day where I do nothing but exercise even if it is just my crunches...today I went for 300 and actually did 345

    This is just the type of challenge I need. I am just getting back into a workout routine after a lazy year off -

    100 crunches a day, that should start me on the right track!

    Ok - I've been lazy - I also am a member of the 100 crunches/day team, but recentely I've been a slacker.

    I can second that. I joined the push up challenge group and in just two weeks I can't help stare at my triceps while in Spin Class! I look forward to doing them everday!
