I am doing bootcamp through the YMCA during November. Class is 1 hour Monday and Wed. I did this during the month of August. If your looking for something to change up what you do, check out your local area for bootcamp classes. It has been my experience that bootcamp takes me out of my comfort zone, works out different muscles than I'm accustomed too, builds endurance, strengthens...plus it's nice to work individually within a team environment. I can say it complements my cycling.
