Week in Review (November 2-8)

The first week of November was not that bad to me this time. I was able to get my 8 cups of water in most of the week. I didn't go over my calories any of the days and I managed to get in 4 days of exercise. All in all I am headed in the right direction. I did have a gain, but it was just .2 pounds due to it being my TOM. I'm actually not sad about that because I usually have a gain of 2 to 3 pounds. I find that as long as I get the water in and exercise regularly, I don't gain as much or I even lose weight sometimes. My goals for this week is to get in 10 cups of water and exercise at least 5 days this week. Here's to a great week of losing weight!
