I'm finding the need to eat healhier harder and harder...I've been doing my crunches daily but I miss the fat in everything... I tried some boiled chicken the other day...it was good but it just wasn't fried...guess Ima have to get more fruits and veggies in...

    Instead of boiling your chicken have you thought about broiling it in the oven? Not fried but pretty tasty if you season it and broil it covered in a slow oven for about an hour and a half and then uncover it and leave it in the oven for another half hour or until it is golden and done (this is for whole chickens).

    I agree with JMONTIE that perhaps the changes are too severe. Try out some new recipes and maybe you can find something healthy that is tasty as well.

    Are you making changes too severe? I hope you can find healthy foods that you really like and allow yourself some foods as "treats"...you're worth it! emoticon
