Week in Review (November 9-15)

It was a great week. I didn't go over in calories and I managed to get in over 8 cups of water 4 of the 7 days. All in all I did very well because all of my efforts helped me to lose 1.6 pounds.

My plans for next week is to try and drink 10 cups of water 5 days this week and to do my new planned workouts this week. I hope that these efforts will help with me losing 2 pounds this coming week.
