Starting out slowly

Okay tomorrow I'm back to work and I'm feeling well enough to get back on the treadmill and probably do more than just a "casual" walk. Certain movements I will get a burning sensation where the stitches have not totally gone away yet. Basically anything close to the floor scares me to death! LOL If I drop something it stays or i have to get someone to pick it up. Bending that far down is still on the painful side, not horrible, just a holy crud give me a second to recover. BUT anyways tomorrow in between the 2 jobs I'm gonna get home and jump on the treadmill for 10 to 15 minutes, eat and then go back to work. After the 2nd job I will be able to put more time in for exercise 45 to 60 minutes. Once I see my surgeon (Friday) and she tells me when I can totally go back to my regular exercise I will be returning to the P90X program.

I think what Im gonna do with p90x is gonna do doubles but instead of doing it double I'm going to get my run's in. I'm loosely going to stick with p90x cause I do enjoy so many different workouts. I love to run and haven't been, but want to get my rear back at it, I have all my Jillian Michael dvds that I actually enjoy doing and yoga even though there is a yoga dvd with p90x I have a few other yoga dvd's that I enjoy doing.

I guess when I really think about it though all the workouts that come with P90X are somewhat all the workouts that I do enjoy, other than running. I figure I still have one week left before I can get back to my regular workouts though, so I still have sometime left to figure out what the heck it is that I'm gonna do. For sure this week 10-15 minutes in between the 2 morning jobs and then after the 2nd job 45 to 60 minutes longer on the treadmill, as of now that is all I have managed to come up with!! LOL better than nothing!!
