Charlene looks incredible and I want to look incredible too. She's right about consistency being power. I used to overwhelm myself in my (impossible) quest for perfection. I now know that's not a reasonable expectation and only serves to harm the process of getting healthier and making it a part of my lifestyle. I have found a strength training workout that I can do at the gym or at home and I'm starting TODAY!! emoticon
