Love should never hurt!!!!

Last night I found out some very devastating news...not to mention this is not the first time hearing it..I won't go into much detail but I feel like the one thing that matter the most to me is gone...I don't know if there is a way to fix this or even if I want to for that matter!!! I don't know what to do...guess I'll do some crunches until I can figure it out!!!

I hope whatever it is you're ok, if not you will be. If you're referring to a break up I've been there. It took me a few thousand calories to get over it, I wish I never gave my ex any power looking back. When he tried to come back, I knew better because love never should hurt. Good attitude to focus on something positive like exercise! emoticon

I don't know if you are a spiritual person, but I would advise you to pray.. and leave it all to the God he will indeed see you through.. I don't what your going through... It don't even matter because God is only using you for the battle is not yours its the Lords... Do as much crunches as you want to take your mind off things a bit do things that would keep you busy... at least that's what I would do and most of all pray!! Be Blessed emoticon

I am so sorry to hear you are struggling. I'm not sure what is going on, but it sounds an awful lot like what I was going thru when I first left my husband. He came home and devistated me and hurt me more than I can even say. I was broken for a long time and didn't know what I was going to do. The one thing I didn't do was turn to food. I turned to Spark and the wonderful friends I've made here. They helped me stay on track and really focus on what is most important - and that is my health so I can be there for my daughter. If you ever feel like talking privately, I am always here! Just send a sparkmail!

    Keep your chin up,

Don't know what's going on in your life, but you're right, give it time and don't make hasty decisions. Things will work out.
