New Year's Goal

If I could fantasize what I would like to have accomplished and where I would like to be next New Year's Day, here it is:
1. Have gone to the doctor and had a physical and be on the medications I need to be on and had the tests and procedures I am suppose to have-such as a mammogram, etc.
2. Weigh 130 pounds which would require me loosing 14 pounds which is approx 1.2 pounds every month. But I would rather loose 2 pounds a month and be at my goal weight by June and then practice retaining the weight by physical exercise which leads me to my 3rd item...
3. To have a physical activity regime I plan out every month; for example in January walk 30 minutes a day and participate in a strength video for 10 minutes a day. In the summer my physical activity could revolve around gardening and taking care of our animals.
