My LAST "before" pictures (Diary for Spark Your Body Bootcamp)

Gulp! I am posting my very last "before" pictures. Reality hurts but sometimes it is beneficial to see ourselves as others really see us. So, here goes:

I lost all my "baby weight" from having my son. This weight is due to being a bit lazy, stressed over quitting my beloved teaching job to stay home with my son (don't regret being with my son) and too many cookies.

Here is the side view and there are times when I am still surprised with how "thick" I look. Not my favorite look!

My goals this year are very simple: To focus on fitness and to be consistent with exercise. Everything else will follow!

My goals for the Spark Your Body Bootcamp:

1) To complete the challenge as prescribed by the coaches.

2) Lose 8 lbs, which would be 2 lbs per week. A healthy and obtainable goal.

3) To feel successful with something!

My weight loss goal is 115 lbs. It would be a healthy weight for me. I would love to wear my wedding rings again as well.
