Todays assignment:# Monday: Do the 8-Minute Lower Body Ball Workout
+ 30 minutes cardio of your choice.
I did it. The ball workout proved how out of shape my lower body is, but I did it...yay. I want to concentrate more on my legs because I know they need to be strong to carry all of this weight, plus building more muscle will help to burn off the fat that is making them look so horrible. I also did 60 minutes on the elliptical so I got plenty of cardio. I did all of this despite the fact that I'm still not feeling well because I really want to dedicate myself to this. I'm happy with my progress so far.
