Just as I anticipated, this is exactly what I needed to transition from working out at the gym to working out at home. Doing the SP video first think in the morning gets my day off on the right foot (the one wearing the sneaker). I am walking about 4 miles each day (as part of my commute to and from work) but I'm planning to throw in another 45 minutes of cardio at lunchtime (at the gym). It's very odd to me that I'm losing my desire to go to the gym (which I've always considered my true love) and am looking forward to the home workouts.
