Time for bed..

but wanted to log in here quick. Having a struggle with food lately...I want to eat EVERTHING. I think it's that winter hibernation thing. I walked in the mall tonight...2 miles according to my pedometer. Did that in about 20 minutes...but I walked over 10,000 steps all day today. That's amazing to me, really. My goal has been to do 7000 steps daily even though 10k is recommended. I wanted to see what I do on average first...then bump it up from there.

It's fun to track, too!

    Isnt it amazing how many steps we take each day? I was just realizing this myself the other day.

    I don't have a pedometer . . . yet, and so I was counting them the other day . . .just to see. I asked my husband, guess how many steps it is from our bathroom sink to the refrigerator and back, he guessed, 25 . . . I said, 54. He was like, wow! I know, right!
