Bootcamp Days 3 and 4.

I've completed days 3 and 4 of bootcamp.

# Tuesday: Do the 8-Minute Upper Body Workout with Ball Video
+ 30 minutes cardio of your choice.

The video workout was good and I realized my upper body is stronger than I thought. I was able to do this workout easily so next time, I'll add more weights. For cardio I did 40 minutes on the gazelle, and I completed the bonus challenge of 2 sets of close arm push ups (which is an exercise I liked).

# Wednesday: Do the 5-Minute Core Workout with Ball Video
+ 30 minutes cardio of your choice.

The ball workout was a bit hard since my core is out of shape but I did the best I could and finished. I did 60 minutes on the elliptical at the gym, and I did the bonus challenge of eating my veggies.

I had a fitness assessment at the gym today with a trainer. I just wanted to see if I'm doing any better now than when I joined the gym. It went pretty good and I've made some good improvements as far as strength exercises go (actually, I was quite surprised I did as well as I did on some of them) from when I had my initial assessment done when I joined, but I still have a long, long way to go. I'm making progress though, my body is getting stronger even if I haven't lost a lot of weight.

    Wow you are doing fantastic! 60 minutes on the elliptical I can barely do six at this point haha! Congrats keep up the good work!
