Today's video was the longest (10.5 min.). It was all lower body with a few stretches at the end. I really felt it. Still loving this challenge, it's a great way to start my day.

    Excellent, I need to do some weight, but seem to be getting plenty of workouts shoveling snow lately, LOL emoticon
