Day 1 of NS plan

I offically re-started my Nutrisystem plan yesterday. So far I am doing pretty good. I just had one piece of salt water taffy, but other then that I was on plan. I don't feel discouraged or defeated for eating the candy because I didn't beat myself up over it and I didn't take it as an excuse to eat other things that I know I didn't need. I have been 100% so far today, even managing resisting doughnuts that were in my class today! I didn't get in my walk this morning before class, but I did play some sports game on the Wii so that I could get some kind of cardio in today. My goal for my Wintering Through Til Spring Challenge is to be 270 on Saturday and be under 269 by Monday. I peeked at my weight today and it's likely that I will accomplish that goal since I know the reason that my significant weight loss so far is due to me retaining ALOT of water.

    Great job with stopping at one piece! I love salt water taffy! All those pretty colors to entice you. Be proud of yourself for allowing yourself to enjoy one piece. Being healthy should not mean that you have to cut out all the things you like. One piece is definitely within reason.

    Just one piece I think that is awesome!! It gets hard sometimes to just take one of anything and walk away. Good luck on your goals. And, any activity is better than none! emoticon

    How did you know that I just bought a box of candycane salt water taffy??? I know once I open the bag it's GONE! So I'm leaving it here at work and we'll see what happens on Monday when I get back!
