I was able to stay 100% yesterday, woohoo! I resisted the candy one of my co-workers brought in and the cheese ball and crackers. Everytime I would get hungry I would get some type of fruit or vegetables! I know that I got my fiber intake for sure lol. I am not feeling too hungry as I have learned to eat vegetables to help with me getting fuller. My body is adjusting to the new calories and that's why I have been feeling hungrier then usual. The calorie range runs along the amount that SP recommended for me, so I'm doing pretty good. I did come across some foods I don't like, but thats nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't expect to like everything but I wanted to try them out first before I formed an opinion. My goals for the day is to get my workout in and to stay 100% again.
