I did it again yesterday. I managed to stay 100% and not give into food temptations. I am finding that I have more willpower this time around. I have even managed to not give into my late night snacking. I do feel hungry right now, but I need to weigh in later on and I want an accurate reading. I didn't my workout in today due to me being tired. I started back to school on Tuesday, so I am in the transitional period of adjusting my schedule for that. I think that next week I will do better with my sleeping as I have figured out a schedule that I need to make sure to keep. My goal for today is to get in some kind of exercise and stay 100% on my food plan.
