Boot Camp Days 5, 6, and 7.

Week 1 of Boot Camp is complete!

Thursday: Do the 10-Minute Lower Body Workout
+ 30 minutes cardio of your choice.

I liked this video, especially since I'm trying to strengthen my lower body. I did find some parts of it difficult though. I also did 50 minutes on the gazelle.

Friday: Do the 6-Minute Upper Body Workout with Ball Video
+ 30 minutes cardio of your choice.

This was a super easy video, still a good workout though. I also added in my own strength exercises so I got a full body workout. Then I did 40 minutes on the elliptical. I actually was at the gym until closing time because I got started so late...lol. First time I've ever been at the gym that late.

Saturday: Do the 15-Minute Abs Workout

Great core workout. There were only a couple that I had real trouble doing. I can definitely tell I'm getting stronger. Also, even though I didn't have to do cardio today, I did 40 minutes on the gazelle. Since it's Saturday, I was able to get my exercise done early and relax the rest of the day. I feel really good today.

I'm so proud of myself for making it through the first week of boot camp. I look forward to starting another week and doing good things for my body.
