I made Moo Shu Vegetables .. a recipe I found on eatingwell.com. I didn't have all of the exact ingredients, but it turned out great! I would make that one again.
I may have some popcorn to snack on a little later...or not.
I'm still struggling to get enough exercise in..I should say...to burn enough calories. I wonder what other people do with atrial fibrillation? I looked up exercising with it and so far I have not found much helpful information. Well..for now..I'm still trying some different things. I never did hire a personal trainer like I thought I might like to...I guess I really don't want to or I would have by now.
